Ever changing eye color.. make up?

btw, I have somewhat pail skin with a light brown/blonde hair colorEver changing eye color.. make up?
That's super cool, i've never heard of that happening!

Well I know quite a bit about makeup. Neutral colors are your best bet. You can just go shimmery nude on your eyelid to a medium brown. Highlight your brow bones (the arched bones beneath your eyebrows) with a darker color than your shadow. Those colors will work will all eye colors. You should never try to match your eye shadow with your eyes, it looks tacky. Also, try lining your lid with a thin black eyeliner. You should look great :)Ever changing eye color.. make up?
Your eyes do not change colours daily and hourly. Anyone who says this is basically lying, or not being perceptive.

Eye colour can change - over TIME. Meaning YEARS. This generally occurs because of the chemicals that produce eye colour can decrease over time, which will lead to a change in eye colour. The eye colour can appear to be one colour depending on what you are wearing and the lighting. The lighting in your classrooms rarely ever changes, since the lighting is always the same and external light will generally be very similar at the same time day to day. It also can change depending on water content in the eye. So if you are crying, your eyes will look more intense. Your eyes are likely one of these colours, with a mixture of hazel, blue and green. Which is why one colour will appear more present during certain hours because of the lighting, and the colour of the room, and the colour of your clothing/makeup.

Colours that help to bring out blue, green or hazel eyes are browns, purples, yellows, orange-y shades, coppers, greens..
Your eyes change colour because of lighting, what your wearing, and your surroundings.

';Its weird because when ever I walk into my french class room, they automatically turn blue no matter what the light.'; Not exactly right.

Do neutral eyeshadoes and black eyeliner, that makes coloured eyes pop, no matter what colour you think your eyes are.
you know, my eyes do the same thing:)

Brown is a good color, but so is black, peppermint, gold, white, silver...

And some black eyeliner. That's all I do:)
