Does violet eye color truly exist?

I know this question has probably been asked many times before but I'm still confused coz I keep hearing/reading different opinions. Does violet eye color truly exist? I'm not talking about violet as in due to light refraction or a variant of blue, but a real solid violet color. Could there be such a color for human's eyes.

I'm talking about natural eye color of course, NOT contact lens LOL. Btw, sorry if this is the wrong section. I don't know under what heading should I ask this question.Does violet eye color truly exist?
i've never seen it nor do i know what gene would code for it..

my best guess since light passes through your eyes possibly a pale blue would seem purple due to the blood behind it?

don't believe there's anyone though who has permanent violet eyesDoes violet eye color truly exist?
Yes, my 12 year old son has dark violet colored eyes; as does my father; they're not due to light refraction or a variant of blue either, they're quite common in my family; as are very pale green, blue %26amp; brown (mine are a really pale bright green - like the highlighter pens)

I have found that Violet eyes are genetically domminant in my family
For me, the closest I've come to seeing a rare eye color was my cousin with greenish eyes. I doubt if many people (if any) would have violet eyes. A certain shade of blue can sometimes be mistaken for violet.
yess i think there
