why has my eye color changed so dramatically?

thanks! Why can your eye color change over time? [pictures inside]?
my eyes used to change color between blue and green depending on my mood now they go between brown and green depending on how my makeup is done and what color clothes i am wearing.

its just in your genetic make up my dear nothing to worry about besides the blue color your eyes are now is amazing! and yes i think you could be a model but dont let your mom push you into doing anything you arent sure of...Why can your eye color change over time? [pictures inside]?
my eyes change color with what i wear, from a blue to a gray to a green, and they also change shades with the season, bluer in summer, grayer in winter. Im not sure why they do that, but this might explain your eyes.

Changes in eye color throughout life

In caucasian populations, children are most commonly born with unpigmented (blue) eyes. As the child develops, Melanocytes, cells found within the iris of human eyes (as well as skin) slowly begin to produce Melanin. Because Melanocyte cells continually produce pigment, eye color in theory, can be changed.

Changes (lightening or darkening) of eye colors during puberty, early childhood, pregnancy, and sometimes after serious trauma (like Heterochromia), do represent cause for plausible argument to state that some eyes can or do change, based on chemical reactions and hormonal changes within the body.

Studies on Caucasian twins, both fraternal and identical, have shown that eye color over time can be subject to change, and major demelanization of the iris may also be genetically determined. Most eye color changes have been observed or reported as caucasians with ';Hazel'; eyes .
Well my eyes are really dark brown most of the time, but one time in science class they were like green it was really cool lol.

I have a friend and her eye color changes from like, brown to green to orangish, it depends on like what mood she's in, weather she's outside in the sun, ect...

BTW you are really super pretty :)
Wow, you have beautiful eyes. =P

Remember me? haha.

They can change but the first pic I know you edited that. there's a tiny little blue smudge outside of your actual iris. And eyes don't smudge like that.

Yes they are lighter in that other pic. but seriously you did edit that pic

Like so your color from your eyes cant bleed in with the white outer area: http://i43.tinypic.com/2n6dzd5.jpg

Definitely agree with docbritt!
first of all, i don't think that the one of you in ';6th grade'; is your real eye color. i can tell you edited it on photobucket.

second it has to do with puberty. just like how your hair can change colors.
its okay it normal
They look the same to me. Lay off the makeup in the second picture. You look like a raccoon with all that eye liner.
you could model

eye color can change but not very much, it probably will stay the same from now on
your messing arnt you?

do you really expect us to beleive that your eyes in the first photo were really that color ?! and yes more proof would be good !!
k well its good u have a high self esteem

but dont be cocky about it or ull come off as a *****

u are adorable tho
The first pic is definitely edited ... but you are very pretty :) and i think you could be a model for places like TopShop or New Look ... not catwalk sort of modelling. xx
i dont know maybe it runs in the family
the others are just jealous bastards! lol, but yeh i dunno, but your still pretty in both! wish i had those eyes lol x
well it all refer to your genes sometimes they become other thing s in time

like me i used to have bannanna curls but now my hair is wavy

it all happens over time
wow I don't know maybe it's because your older and your really pretty
there is no possible way that eye color in the first photo is real. it is clearly due to colored contacts. why would you put that up and try to trick people into believing that?! anyway, your eyes change when youre younger, and they dont go from being fake blue to a totally different color in a couple of years later on in life. this is a weird question , although im guessing youre fishing for compliments...but who knows

edit:

you cant prove it because they arent real. im a med student and i know what eyes are capable of looking like in real life trust me (and the 'proof' you just put up is a totally different color). im also a working model and have been for a while, and i think youre cute but do not have the face to be a model (too commercial). you also have to be at least 5'9 and have the right proportions.

edit:

you cant prove it with pictures because you had colored contacts in or edited the crap out of it, and you can do that with ANY pictures. i dont think youre getting the point. it is physically impossible for your eyes to be one solid color that glow like that. dont let your self esteem get so low that you need to do this/dont let your ego go to your head and feel the need to fish for strangers to tell you youre pretty. its not worth it.
