Hun, you use a program like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro to change eye colors. There might be other ways, but I primarily know of those. Unless you're experienced in those programs, or have a tutorial to follow, it'll be difficult to do that. Just be glad with the eye color you have.PHOTO FILTRE question! eye color thingy!?
