Genetic likelyhood of eye color?

I remember in high school science there was a chart that we used to predict the likely hood of the eye/hair color of a child based on the eye/hair color of the parents. We drew a box and made a cross section so it had four separate boxes within the box. Then on the top of the main box you put the eye/hair color of one parents, and down the side of the box you would put the characterisitcs of the other parent, and then in the smaller boxes inside the box, you were able to put the child's eye/hair color.

Does anyone know what I am talking about? and if so, is it still accurate? And can anyone show me how to draw one out?

I was just curious because I used to love making those charts when I was younger. It was one of the things I was actually really good at in science.Genetic likelyhood of eye color?

Each child has 50% probablility of brown eyes and 50% probability of blue eyes. On average, about half the children of this cross will have brown eyes and the other will have blue eyesGenetic likelyhood of eye color?
