Opinion on eye color?

I have always been fasinated by eyes.. someday I even want to study them for emotions, like in murder cases and such. Anyway I have noticed.. I dont know for a fact.. but it kind of seems to me that your eye color maybe has a little to do with your personality.. like blue eyed people tend to be a bit more mysterious (from my point of view) green eyed people kind of have a dominate feature to them and brown eyed people tend to have warm personality's.. and hazel almost has like a natural intellegance to them in a way.. now this is all just my opinion. Does anyone else have any opinion on this?Opinion on eye color?

my father was blue eyed and about the most open and honest person i have ever met.


he did however have the ability to detect that what he was about to say


was rude though as he always whispeperd before hand';i am so going to hell.';.


at one point we were at a resteraunt and he heard a women talking on the phone about how she did not understand why she could not lose weight.


he proceeded to stand up walk calmly over to her table


and asked her if here peice of cheese cake was going to be eaten


and she told him to buy his own.


he then told her and i quote


';then maybe that is why you are not losing weight, i just thought you may want to know this. oh and i dont really like cheese cake, i just needed something to point that out to you.';





now, i am brown eyed and i am alomst as bad.


but i am far from warm at times. i am often told that i am too cold


and unsensative.





and lastly


my sister has hazel eyes, she cut the tip off her finger in a fan once because she was pulling a peice of string out of a fan blade


and forgot to turn it off!

I think this may be more to do with your personal response to colour rather then a genetic link with personality. When I look at a face it is made up of a combination of features of which the eye colour is just one. I think I respond to the whole package. If colour is so important you could start looking for links to do with the colour of many parts of the body like hair, skin or teeth. I have hazel eyes but would not class myself as particularly intelligent so that's one idea put in the bin.
couldn't disagree more on the blue eyed part. i have blue eyes and am upfront, in your face, trusting, and tell anyone everything. but you may be right about eye colours reflecting your personality... Like greenies are i believe sincere, usually. brownies i agree are warm or the complete opposite (MEAN). black eyed people i find vary dramatically though. BUT eye colour personalities are only based on my experience.
