If you are wearing red & black... what color eye shadow should you where?!?

If its during the day time, I recommend that you use earthy colours over your eyes, there is no need to put red/black there (because you would look like Ms Dracula). Let your face look fresh %26amp; pretty. If its during the night. You may want a more dramatic look because you're competeing with night lights, so in this case you can use some black to make it a little smokey/sexy %26amp; a little bit of silver just above the lashes. Bon a prittie! If you are wearing red %26amp; black... what color eye shadow should you where?!?
taupe, light browns, creams or gold.... use black liner, mascara, highlight the lower lashes w/ white or gold shadow/pencil. if u have a nude/gold color on eyes, u can use a red lipstick! :)If you are wearing red %26amp; black... what color eye shadow should you where?!?
it depends on your eye colour,,,,but if you wear red and black....you should make up with the same colours
You should use both red and black and make stripes on your eyelids.
smokey eye
go for plain black eye liner and dramatic lashes or with a light lipgloss, or u can use neutral browns and reddish lips
u can work two looks....the smokey eyes with the neutral lips/blush or the neutral eyes with a dramatic red lipstick...depend on the look ur looking for.....but you cant do smokey eyes with red lips its just too much especially for the colors you're wearing
if u dont wanna look like a clown or a hoe!! u should wear a light gold or silver!! or some nuetral brown shade.... use a shimmery light brown on the lid n highlight (accent) with gold u will look beautifull girl!!! dont 4 get mascara lol
blue
LIGHT silver right around the eyelids or DARK brown right around the eyelids slowly turning a light tan.

don't do all black or red or you'll look sooo goth... unless... you want to...?

Hope this helps! ;)
I would cover my whole eye lid with a greyish, white. Then cover the one half with a black/charcoal. Black eye-liner, and mascara.
Neutral colors/ Earth tones, are the most flattering with black and red outfits.
I have green hazel eyes and i wear grey and silver. do the smokey look on your eyes like a charcoal color. it really brings out your eyes. ebony eye liner is good but put it on lightly!

if your bringing out your eyes, go easy on the lips or vice versa.
pretty much any color you like but play it easy, don't put too much of it.

I'll personally go for a dark grey/black, cuz of my skin color, but with shades, there are no hard and fast rules.

good luck.
