Can someone please change the eye color of one of my pics for me?

i need to change my cousins eye color on one of my pictures but unfortionaly i dont know how.i have the software picasa2 and it wont' let me change an eye color.could someone please change the eye color for me?here is the picture that i want to change

picasa does not have these editing features, the best freeware program to do this is Gimp, if you have free hard drive space, try this program if able,

open image, duplicate layer, desaturate image or eyes only, create new layer select eyes with lasso tool fill with color, adjust layer mode overlay
